Research
The aim is to provide a national level facility and expertise in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. The Centre is actively involved in Human Resource Development Main areas of our research are developing tools, web servers, databases, and softwares and compiling and analysis of complicated biological data. Our research basically deals in proteomics, Molecular Docking (Virtual Screening) Computational Biology and agro-informatics.
Computational Proteiomics
- Development of novel algorithms for Domain and Pattern identification.
- Development of Web server for Protein sequence manipulation.
- System Bioinformatics - develop the tools for the identification of co-evolution proteins from an analysis of their upstream sequences and find interaction of protein.
